Organizational Readiness Mini-Series
The Organizational Readiness mini‑series includes three courses focused on strengthening staff capabilities and building organizational practices that support effective, people‑centered operations. The courses include:
1. Advancing Organizational Readiness Through Leadership Engagement, Education, and Financial Models
2. Building Organizational Readiness Through Resource Mobilization and Community Engagement
3. Integrating Change Management and Performance Improvement Into Organizational Strategy
Many organizations face gaps in infrastructure, training, and readiness when developing and executing large‑scale improvement strategies. This curriculum package helps participants identify assessment gaps and provides practical strategies and tools to build a strong training program and supporting organizational infrastructure.
Each course is led by nationally recognized experts and leaders from healthcare and community‑based organizations, ensuring a practical, real‑world learning experience with actionable outcomes.

In support of improving patient care, the National Committee for Quality Assurance is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) to provide Interprofessional Continuing Education for the healthcare team.
