About this Self-paced Training
NCQA Behavioral Health Accreditation: A Comprehensive Guide Through the Standards
Behavioral health care plays a key role in care that incorporates behavioral, medical, and social risk factors. As the need for behavioral health care grows, so does the need to evaluate the value and quality of organizations that manage the provision of this care. NCQA’s Behavioral Healthcare Accreditation (formerly MBHO Accreditation) provides a powerful way to demonstrate your value as behavioral health organization to health plans, employers, regulators and consumers and your commitment to following evidence-based practices to ensure high quality care. NCQA Behavioral Healthcare Accreditation guides organizations in adopting best practices to ensure high quality care, access, and consumer protection.
Throughout this training, NCQA will review requirements for the NCQA Behavioral Healthcare Accreditation. Through these sessions, faculty provide insight into NCQA’s survey requirements and how to navigate the standards.
