Introduction to NCQA's Community-Focused Care Accreditation

In this introductory course, learners explore the purpose of NCQA’s Community-Focused Care Accreditation, why community-focused approaches matter and how organizations use partnerships, data and continuous improvement efforts to better support the populations they serve. Learners also discover which organizations may benefit from accreditation and where to find additional resources to continue their learning journey.

No prior Community-Focused Care knowledge or NCQA experience is required.
