NCQA Advanced Credentialing: Strategies Beyond Compliance
This advanced-level course equips credentialing professionals with the insight and strategies needed to move beyond basic compliance and drive measurable quality and process improvement. Participants will engage in scenario-based learning and peer-to-peer collaboration to explore the most challenging aspects of NCQA’s credentialing standards. Through guided discussion and real-world application, learners will leave with actionable strategies they can use to strengthen their credentialing programs. A working knowledge of Credentialing will be beneficial for a successful learning experience. Course topics are not exclusive to NCQA requirements but are applicable to NCQA requirements for both Health Plan Accreditation (HPA) and Credentialing Accreditation.

- Analyze complex NCQA credentialing requirements to identify and address areas that most commonly result in confusion or noncompliance.
