About this Webinar Training

Quality Compass Insight Series

The Quality Compass Insights Series is a three-part live webinar series designed to help current and prospective Quality Compass users move from understanding data to applying it with confidence. Across the series, NCQA experts will guide participants through the full progression of data-informed decision-making: interpreting Quality Compass results, evaluating trends and benchmark performance, and translating insights into meaningful action.

Participants will learn how to read and interpret complex results, understand year-over-year performance changes, recognize meaningful shifts in the data, and use benchmarking insights to identify opportunities and support quality improvement discussions. The series also highlights practical considerations such as risk-adjusted measures, observed-to-expected ratios, trend breaks, stratified race and ethnicity data, ECDS transitions, and real-world use cases across health plans, providers, health systems, states and other organizations.

Ideal for quality, analytics, HEDIS, compliance, reporting, strategy and quality improvement professionals, this series provides practical guidance for using Quality Compass data more effectively. Whether participants are strengthening their interpretation skills, comparing performance over time, or looking for ways to turn insights into action, the series offers a structured path for making Quality Compass data more meaningful, actionable and decision-ready.
