Introduction to NCQA's Long-Term Services and Supports

New to Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS)?

This introductory course provides a high-level orientation to LTSS and NCQA’s LTSS accreditation programs. Learners will explore what LTSS is, who it serves, common types of supports and services and why person-centered care is an essential component of quality LTSS. This course also introduces NCQA's LTSS Accreditation Programs and their role in supporting organizations that provide or coordinate LTSS.

The course is designed for learners who are new to LTSS and want a foundational understanding of key concepts before exploring more advanced LTSS education.

No prior LTSS knowledge or NCQA experience is required.
