About this Learning Activity

LTSS 101: Foundations - Core Concepts and Readiness

LTSS 101: Foundations – Core Concepts and Readiness is a self-paced course designed for learners who are new to Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) or are beginning work related to NCQA’s Case Management-Long-Term Services and Supports (CM-LTSS) Accreditation or LTSS Distinctions.

Learners will explore foundational LTSS concepts, the role of LTSS case management, how LTSS fits across NCQA programs, and key readiness considerations for organizations beginning their LTSS journey.

Through interactive activities, scenarios, and knowledge checks, learners will apply foundational concepts and identify practical next steps for supporting LTSS readiness.
