Quality Compass Insights Series (#3): Turning Data into Decisions: Comparing Performance (Percentiles, Competitors, States)

The value of Quality Compass is not only in the data itself, but in how organizations use the data to ask better questions, identify opportunities and support informed decisions. This session brings together the concepts introduced throughout the series and focuses on applying Quality Compass insights in real-world contexts.

Faculty will discuss how Quality Compass data can be used beyond health plans, including by providers, hospitals, states and health systems. The session will explore practical applications such as benchmarking against market performance, informing partnerships, supporting quality improvement initiatives and using insights to guide internal discussions.

The session will include real-world examples or customer-informed use cases that show how organizations can move from insight to action. It will conclude with moderated Q&A and key takeaways from the full series.
