PCA 201: Implementation - A Deep Dive into NCQA's Primary Care Advancement Program

Participants will examine the program’s purpose, structure, standards, scoring approach, evidence expectations and survey process, with emphasis on how organizations can translate requirements into practical workflows. The session will also introduce tools and strategies for assessing readiness and preparing teams for a successful NCQA survey. Building on NCQA’s primary care recognition foundation, the course highlights person-centered, team-based and data-driven approaches that support improved outcomes, strong practice performance and readiness for value-based care.
