Health Outcomes Series: Community Strategies and Best Practices for Advancing Quality Care
This series equips healthcare professionals and organizational leaders with practical strategies and tools to build, evaluate, and sustain effective partnerships with community organizations. Learners will be equipped to address social needs, implement best practices, and demonstrate the value and impact of healthcare-community initiatives in alignment with NCQA standards.

2. Cross-Sector Partnerships & Community Engagement - January 20, 2026, 1:00-2:00pm ET
3. Healthcare and Community Initiatives: Strategies & Best Practices - February 10, 2026, 1:00-2:00pm ET
