PCMH Recognition Annual Reporting: Continued Success
PCMH Recognition Annual Reporting: Continued Success OnDemand

At the conclusion of the webinar, participants will be able to:
- Understand the PCMH Recognition expectations.
- Outline the Annual Reporting requirements for PCMH recognition.
- Interpret Annual Reporting evidence requirements for reporting year 2022.
- Describe the Annual Reporting process; including timelines, submission and audit.
