Welcome to Long Term Services and Supports Best Practices Academy

Thank you for being a member of our growing community of organizations that make up the NCQA LTSS Best Practices Academy. NCQA applauds your commitment to improving the quality of care for individuals receiving long-term services and supports.

The NCQA LTSS Best Practices Academy is an interactive forum for professionals to discuss strategies for coordinating quality long-term services and supports (LTSS) programs. The academy fosters informative discussions and enriching information exchanges. For more information about the Academy, visit our website here.

Since the Academy’s launch in 2017, NCQA has continuously improved its member benefits. This year marks the introduction of the Academy’s Learning Group, which features discussions, newsletters and access to past Academy webinars. We’ve doubled the number of audience-focused Q&A sessions, expanded discussions to include initial and renewal standard requirements and featured 14 live, interactive education sessions.
