Gain a deeper understanding of the connection between NCQA standards and case management practice using a real life scenario.Presenters will look at case management standards of practice, discuss the NCQA standards, and examine case studies focused on care transitions from CBO and Health Plan perspectives.The NCQA LTSS standards that pertain to person-centered care are CM-LTSS 4 (A - C) or LTSS 3 (A - C), depending on your organization's type of recognition. Please take a moment to review the standard in advance of the session.

Prior to the session, members determine the topic(s) to be covered and submit questions for Academy faculty. During the webinar, responses spur further dialogue. Eating Disorders: A Look Inside a Virtual Treatment CenterOn March 17, 2020, Walden Behavioral Care began providing telehealth treatment for ambulatory clients, in an unprecedented attempt to avoid disruption of treatment of eating disorders during the COVID-19 crisis.
