Lessons Learned-LTSS Learning Collaborative

NCQA staff, Lindsey Roth, shared lessons learned from the HEDIS LTSS Learning Collaborative. The purpose of the Learning Collaborative was to support stakeholders and gain feedback. Activities of the Collaborative included:

  • Providing technical support and clarification on measure intent, specification and requirements.
  • Hearing from MLTSS Association, NCQA Accreditation and Measure Validation staff.
  • Utilizing dedicated office hours prior to HEDIS submission.

Target Audience

New and returning members that are interested in gaining knowledge about HEDIS LTSS measures.

Learning Objectives

Members will have an understanding of:

  • HEDIS LTSS measures.
  • Data from the first year of reporting.
  • Lessons learned and next steps.
