2021 Measurement & Outcomes, Part 2

Building upon Measurement and Outcomes, Part 1, this webinar continues a further discussion on identifying opportunities for improvement as well as a review of the key measurement standards and guidelines for NCQA Accreditation.

The NCQA LTSS standards that pertain to person-centered care are CM-LTSS 5 (A - I) or LTSS 2 (A - H), depending on your organization's type of recognition.

Target Audience

For a comprehensive understanding, new and returning members should review Measurement & Outcomes, Part 1 webinar prior to Part 2.

Members will have an understanding of how to:

  • Determine appropriate use among various types of measures.
  • Identify opportunities of improvement through measurement.
  • Interpret measurement standards within the Standards and Guidelines for Accreditation and Distinction.
