vaxPACES

The primary objective of the vaxPACES program is to provide clinicians with a platform to longitudinally view their practice performance for the HEDIS validated, pneumococcal, Tdap, influenza, and V. zoster vaccination status measures among eligible patient populations with supportive educational resources to help improve outcomes for vaccine preventable diseases and conditions.  

Open Bed Campaign

The primary objective for the Open Bed Campaign is to immunize all eligible adults for the vaccine preventable diseases including pneumococcal and influenza in order to help reduce the demand on local health systems, co-infection and ultimately improve patient health outcomes during the current COVID-19 resurgence.

Health care professionals associated with select health plans are invited to participate in performance improvement activities associated with each program. All other healthcare professionals are invited to participate in the free continuing medical education (CME) offerings from each program.
