This webinar is designed to help PCMH practices understand the larger goals of Annual Reporting and prepare for annual submission (for reporting year 2020) under the Patient-Centered Medical Home program. Expectations for those transitioning from the 2014 PCMH recognition as well as those that have achieved Recognition under the current PCMH requirements will be discussed.
This webinar is geared towards individuals with one year of experience, or more; collecting, reporting, and acting upon annual reporting data; or those who need a refresher. This program is designed for individuals in the practice that work with patients, and with PCMH recognition.

- Recognize important features of Q-PASS to submit for Annual Reporting.
Nicole Mason, MA, PCMH CCE
Nicole Mason is an Assistant Director in NCQA’s Product Development Department. In this role, she oversees new product development and updates to NCQA’s Recognition Programs. Prior to this role, she was a Policy Manager in the Recognition Programs Policy and Resources Department, where she supported multiple aspects of the recognition programs, including development, implementation, maintenance, customer support and education. She started at NCQA in 2013 as an analyst in the Performance Measurement Department where she supported government contracts to develop electronic clinical quality measures, HEDIS measure maintenance and grant-funded research projects.
Before joining NCQA, she worked as a post-baccalaureate fellow at the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute. She holds a BA in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, BA in Psychology, and MA in Biotechnology from Boston University in Boston, MA.
This webinar provides maintenance of certification credit (2 points) under "required continuing education" for PCMH CCEs. This is a non AMA PRA Category 1 CreditTM, ANA CNE, APA, ACPE and ASWB ACE activity.
