CCE Quarterly: Overwhelmed? Team-Based Care Antidotes for Our Evolving Workflow

We are only as strong as our team. Defining, integrating, optimizing, and nurturing the team is essential to improve patient care and provider fulfillment. We ask our patients, “What matters to you?”; we need to ask ourselves the same question. This session posits the clinical team as the potential solution to multiple challenges and frustrations with an evolving workflow. Predictable contributors to provider burnout can be reduced through high-functioning, team-based care. This session will share evidence-based teamwork strategies from peer-reviewed medical literature and other industries.
