NCQA Population Health Program Accreditation

This 90-minute program is designed for the new and seasoned participant preparing for NCQA's Population Health Program Accreditation. It provides an overview of the Population Health Program products and the NCQA Accreditation process. Additionally, the PHP Accreditation requirements will be reviewed, focusing on preparing for a survey and eligibility requirements. This educational webinar series will be presented by Natalie Mueller and includes a live question-and-answer session following the presentation. Participants are encouraged to purchase the new Population Health Program Standards to enhance the learning experience.

Natalie Mueller, MPH

Natalie is a Senior Manager in Product Development and has been with NCQA since 2015. In this role, she updates existing accreditation products and creates new accreditation and certification products to meet market and customer needs. She led the Population Health Management project, which included transforming NCQA’s flagship product, Health Plan Accreditation, from single-condition management towards a population health-based approach that focuses on whole-person care. This work included creating two new products, Population Health Program Accreditation and Population Health Management Prevalidation for other organizations that support population health management. She produced two publications on population health management, the latest for integrated delivery networks, which can be downloaded for free at www.ncqa.org/phmroadmap. She attended Penn State University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science and the University of Pittsburgh for her Master in Public Health.

This live webinar provides maintenance of certification credit (2 points) under "other continuing education" for PCMH CCEs.  This is a non AMA PRA Category 1 CreditTM, ANA CNE, APA, ACPE and ASWB ACE activity.
